Working together for 30+ years, Ken & Katrina have been fulfilling the dreams for their clients ,whether it was a building a new home or helping them buy or sell the properties.

Ken started his first construction company when he was twenty and currently runs Ridgetop Contracting Ltd.  His attention to detail and his ability to think 10 steps ahead is an invaluable asset to make sure every project runs smoothly.

Ken specializes in new home construction and has been involved is several commercial projects. All our new homes have full 10 year warranty under The “New Home Warranty and HPO”.

When their son took over the construction company in 2015, Ken & Katrina both decided to become licensed Realtors. Ken continued to remain involved in the construction company, filling in wherever he was needed. In 2019 Ken took the company back over as his son had moved on to a fulltime commercial construction opportunity.

In the fall of 2022, Anglemont became their home and they now work with Fair Realty in Sorrento. Ken is still involved in real estate, but his true passion is Construction. And it is now apparent that his skills and experience are needed and going to be a great asset to our area. He has had a lot of success finding qualified trades to work for us in the North Shuswap.

Katrina has taken the lead with the Kelleway Real Estate Team, We can work with you to sell your home or to find a parcel you can build on, and help you find the financing by referring you to one of several a licensed mortgage brokers.
