In 2015, we (Ken & Katrina) created the Kelleway Real Estate Team, working together as licensed Real Estate Agents in the lower mainland, In 2023 we moved our business to the North Shuswap and joined Fair Realty.

Recently, (October 2026) we have decided to ‘park our licences’ for a while to focus on our custom home clients. While we can’t offer our services to help buy or sell, we can refer our clients to trusted agents in our community, and work together with them to help find the right piece of land to build on, or a home to renovate.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the new experiences, working with previous construction clients who have decided to sell their homes and have turned to us to help them. Our commitment to them as clients for construction was reciprocated by their commitment to us when they asked us to help sell their home and purchase a new one.

Another bonus to working with us - our connection to Kelleway Mortgage Architects - yes, they are family, but extremely knowledgeable and can help finance your new home purchase or even your renovations after you move in!
